  • The minimum age for the balloon ride is 4 years old. 
  • By official regulation, you must present identification when checking in for your flight. 
  • Not recommended for overweight people (+120kg) 
  • Will not be able to board: People with cardiorespiratory problems 
  • If you wish to end the experience or skip any activity of the tour, there will be no refund for this activity.  
  • You should know that hot air balloon flights depend on weather conditions; therefore, the direction will depend on the wind. Thus, it is not possible to guarantee that you will fly over the pyramids 100% of the time. 
  • The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years.
